Eligibility for Returns
At Iconic Traders, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return the product under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as it was when received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
Daily Deals or products marked as final sale.
Wearable technology or audio products that have been used.
Software, licenses, or digital products.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Perishables or items that are sensitive to damage, like thermal printers and barcode scanners.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your product back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at support@iconictraders.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted time:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error or a defective product, Iconic Traders will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
